Where can I buy a FooCall International Calling Card from?

FooCall International Calling Cards are available from retail stores across the UK. There is sure to be one near you. Go to our Where to buy section for more information. FooCall International Calling Card is not currently available to buy online.

How do I activate my FooCall Card?

When you purchase a card, the retailer will activate your card for you at the till. When you're ready to use your card you’ll need to scratch off the panel on the back of the card to reveal your PIN. When you call one of the access numbers you will then be prompted to enter your PIN.

Which countries can I call to?

You can use a FooCall International Calling Card to call all over the world. The card can be used to call landlines and mobile and other numbers, however, certain number types such as premium rate numbers cannot be called. This is for both your and our protection.

Which countries can I call from?

You can use FooCall Card from 7 other countries outside the UK. These are Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands and Spain. Simply call the local Access Number from that country to access the service. Please note, as well as calling back to the UK from those countries, you can call anywhere in the world.

Can I call an access number from any phone?

Yes, you can call one of our access numbers from any phone. Which access number you use may depend on where you are calling from.

Your phone provider may charge you for calling an access number although we provide access numbers which are typically included in inclusive minutes allowances.

How long is the credit on a FooCall card valid for?

The credit on your card will expire 90 days after you have completed activation of your card.

How do I add more credit on to my FooCall Card?

There’s no need to add more credit to your Foocall Card. Once your credit is used up you simply buy a new card from your nearest retailer. Find out where FooCall International Calling cards are available.

How good is the call quality and reliability?

Very good - what you would expect from making a call using your home phone. As well as providing really low call rates we know the importance of a reliable service to our customers. It's worth noting though, that no matter how you call, sometimes the destination you are calling may not always be able to provide really great call quality - this is due to the telecommunications infrastructure in some countries around the world being of different standards.

I'm having problems activating my card. What should I do?

If you have called an access number and entered your PIN when prompted but your card is still not successfully activating, please contact Customer Care by emailing help@foocallcard.com or calling 0330 001 0100.

Can I use FooCall Card with my Smart Phone?

You can use your card from any phone. However, for increased convenience there is a FooCall native app available for many of the popular smart phones like Apple iPhone, Android, Blackberry and Nokia.

The FooCall app is free and allows you to make really cheap international calls, just like FooCall International Calling Card as well as offering many other features. Visit www.foocall.com for more information.
